It looks like you might not be logged in, you purchased the content using a different email, or you logged in on a different device. Here are the two easiest ways to quickly access your content:

1. Check your order confirmation email. It should have an "Access Your Content" button. If the link is still valid, clicking it should log you in and take you directly to your purchased content.
2. Log out and log back in. Press the "Sign Out" button on the main menu (if available), then click the "Signup/Login" button and select your login method. You can log in using your password or an authentication email.

Once you are logged in, you will see all your purchased content in the "My Orders" section in the main menu.

If you still have trouble, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.

After a live stream ends, the replay is usually available within a few minutes. You can find it on the event page by scrolling down. The replay should have a screenshot of the event with a play button in the middle.

If the replay is not immediately available, the production team may be making necessary updates. It will be posted as soon as possible.

You can only access content from one device at a time. If another device logs in using your credentials or an email link, it will automatically log you out. To prevent this, never share your order confirmation or login emails with others.

PremStream is the easiest to use pay-per-view streaming service. We are trying to remove all the barriers for content creators to bring their content direct to customers via pay-per-view.

For live events, you get access to the live stream and the event replay for at least 14 days. You may also receive additional content provided by the creator.

For non-live events, you get access to all content that the creator has placed behind the paywall.

We currently use Stripe and support multiple payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We aim to make PremStream accessible worldwide and are working to expand our available payment options.

PremStream works on most devices, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs that support web browsers.

After purchasing access, log in with the same email used for the purchase. You can find your purchased content in the My Orders section.

You can also access the event through the link in your order confirmation email.

PremStream is currently in private beta. We are giving select creators access to the service.
